Hi, I’m a newborn and family photographer based in beautiful Ayrshire, and most importantly, I’m mum to my gorgeous (and wonderfully sassy!) little girl, Jorja. She is the heart behind everything I do and the reason this business was born.

Before motherhood, I was a bit of a jack of all trades, always searching for that “thing” that truly lit me up inside. But when Jorja arrived, my whole world shifted. Every tiny expression, every little milestone—I couldn’t stop photographing her. Honestly, I think I took about 3,664,586 photos in those early days (and that might even be an understatement!). It was more than just taking pictures; it was about freezing those fleeting moments so I could hold onto them forever.

When my maternity leave was coming to an end, I knew I couldn’t go back to “just a job.” I wanted a life where I could do something meaningful, something that allowed me to be creative while spending time with my little girl. So, I took a leap of faith and went to college to study photography. Three years later, with a HND and a heart full of passion, I launched my own business during my first year- and I’ve never looked back.

Now, I have the absolute privilege of capturing some of the most precious moments for families - those sleepy newborn snuggles, cheeky toddler grins, and the quiet, in-between moments that mean the most. Every session reminds me why I started: to celebrate love, connection, and the beautiful chaos of family life.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me and Jorja off on our little adventures. We love exploring the outdoors, whether it’s a woodland walk, a day at the beach, or just chasing the sunset. Maybe that’s why I’m so drawn to photographing families outside—there’s something magical about the freedom nature gives. Kids can run, explore, and just be themselves, and that’s when the most genuine smiles appear.

This isn’t just a job for me; it’s a way of telling stories- your story. I know how quickly time flies, and I want to create images that take you right back to these fleeting moments whenever you look at them.
